How many stars,
Descend during daylight?
Going unnoticed,
This side of Earth?
Not any less,
Than comets in darkness,
When coyotes are calling,
Dogs to wildness.
I am trying my best,
To befriend gravity.
To remember despite
My fancy of flight,
That eggs are laid first,
In branches and on ground,
And stars fall and shine
Seen or unseen all around.
